Showing off her good looks for her new gig, Vanessa Hudgens flaunted her bikini body for Candie’s in a newly released photo.

The “Sucker Punch” star was just announced as the new face of the brand - taking over duties for this past year’s spoekeswoman, Britney Spears.

Of the job, Miss Hudgens dished, “Ever since I saw Fergie do the ads for Candie’s, I fell in love!”

Vanessa added, “It’s such an honor to be a Candie’s girl now!”

Yep, Vanessa was spotted in Hawaii (Oct, 17). And, she was not there for a bikini show or sun bathing like female celebs always do when they are on the beach. She was there to learn about surfing! With the surfing board which seemed too big and heavy for her, Vanessa seemed to still enjoy the sun and the water. Doesn’t it prove that she loves challenge? (and a bit danger, I guess). However, you should love such thing, guys, as it simply suggests that Vanessa is no an ordinary actress. Why? Because she has skills and bravery, as well. This is a great example for fans to follow; that new things are there everyday to learn. If it is surfing, why not?

I remember the day when Vanessa Hudgens decided to take-off her clothes and showed her private parts of her body to her boyfriend, (and then to us, thanks to the Internet). I don’t know what spell Efron had put on her. It was like, the teenage sweetheart has became a girl gone wild. I thought, she is more like a porn-star than a Disney’s cast.

Then, here she is. Singing at Neutrogena Fresh Faces Concert in Santa Monica. Waving her hand, and showing her beautiful armpit. And also wearing Nike snickers. It feels like, she is back with Disney and tossing away her cellphone which is used to take her naked pictures to the lake.

But, it’s all about choice. Which one do you prefer to see from Vanessa Hudgens? A Disney’s sweetheart? Or a naughty teen porn star?

Vanessa Hudgens was seen there at a hobby shop in Studio City (Aug, 30). Yeah, as every girl, she likes shopping. But it wasn’t a dress boutique this time because it was a hobby shop where she seemed to buy some stuffs which looked like frames and some books. Maybe she wanted to dress up her mind by reading good materials and getting busy by decorating her room with new framed photos. Right picks in order to stay away from daily routines of stage and shooting. That’s very human.

Well, doing hobbies is still becoming a popular option among us, isn’t it? No matter whether it is reading, drawing, singing, dancing, doing sports, shopping and many more. And I am quite happy that Vanessa in fact is still dealing with normal life as a girl (or woman?). You know that living life as a public figure is not as easy as it seems. Facts say many are depressed, addicted to drugs and alcohol, even suicide could become the best way out for some celebs who run out of choice.

Venessa is the smart one in my opinion. At least, so far I don’t (yet) hear any rumors about ‘girl-gone-bad trend’ like Britney Spears or Lindsay Lohan. And I bet you all have the same hope as mine that she won’t copy the seniors’ behavior.

Frankly, I don’t quite idolize Vanessa, but I see her a talented artist and I don’t wish to see her metamorphosing into the next Lohan or Ronson. Are you with me, people?
